Calling 911 Pool Care was the best decision we've ever made for our pool care! Chris and his team went above and beyond in dealing with some major challenges in our leaking spa. Chris found the problem promptly (which the first company we used could not find) and brought it back to life, at a very reasonable cost! They were reliable, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them 1st next time!

A 911 Pool Care inspection is a must for all new pool construction. Chris was an absolute gem to work with during a stressful time. After discovering several severe issues our pool builder had left us with after our recent build, Chris stepped in to help us out. His knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive. Despite the bitter cold, he came out to assist us and even managed to prevent our water filter from freezing and bursting.
We were thoroughly impressed with the quick turnaround and the comprehensive inspection report he provided on our pool and spa. We highly recommend 911 Pool Care and look forward to working with Chris again in the future.
