After researching several companies to replace the plaster on my pool, I selected Sun State Pools. Sun State offered good warranties and their prices were competitive.

This was a huge project involving many hard working crews. I am grateful that there are people willing to do this work. It's definitely not something for the average Do-It-Yourselfer.

We couldnt be happier with our experience with Sun State Pools! From start to finish, the entire process took about 67 weeks, which was incredibly fast and efficient compared to what we expected.

A huge thank you to Chris Cosiano, who went above and beyond throughout the entire project. He was always available to answer questions, kept us updated on the progress, and made sure every detail was handled with care. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I love the way my pool turned out. The crew that was here to chip out the pool was very professional and polite. I was worried when the plumber was scheduled for a set date and did not show up for 2 days after his scheduled date and there was no communication from anyone regarding the delay. There was also a issue with the tile installation but that was quickly remedy. The installation of the pebble tech was awesome to watch the project.
All in all both my husband and myself are very please with our pool.

We had the pleasure of working with Ricky from Sunstate Pool, and he made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Really pleased with Sun States work on my pool. My project was a full Chip-out and remodel. They worked around my odd travel schedule and completed the project on time and on budget. And of the 3 quotes I received, they were the most responsive and least expensive. Would recommend you reach out to Sun State before committing to anyone else.

I used sun state pools to resurface my 24 year old in ground swimming pool. From the estimate I was given by Troy freese.To the different workers that came by to do the work and to my supervisor taylor who did a fantastic job, and all the office people that set up appointments, picking colors of tile , and making sure billing was correct I thank you all for your hard honest work to make this all come together. The pool is I believe finished above and beyond basic standards. I've had numerous compliments. I've already had people taken sun states phone number to have work done by sun state. One thing I do is make sure I have plenty of different drinks and food and chips available for everyone working. It's my way of saying thank you to all. I believe I got a great warranty if anything arises in the future. I don't have a bad word at all to say about this company. Definitely an A plus company to work with. Honesty and cleanliness were never compromised from them here each day. They make sure their contract is followed by the book. No cutting of corners or substituting cheapness. I took 4 months getting different company's to quote the work. Apples to apples sun state was the best priced quote with the most knowledge to all my questions. Sun State did a beautiful job restoring our pool. They fixed our pool deck and replaced our tile and surface and it looks awesome. Paul our super stayed on top of things every step of the way and kept us informed of everything we needed during the project. Highly recommended

Let me start off by saying that looking for a resurfacing of our pool was scary. We had no knowledge of what to expect as far as cost. Luckily, we ran into a few great people at Sun State. I believe Ricky was the first guy that came out. He was thorough with his explanations and gave us pros and cons of the different options. Once we agreed to move forward, we were handed off to Taylor. Ricky set the bar high, but Taylor pole vaulted over that bar. I can be quite meticulous, but Taylor was patient, answered every call that he received, and every question that I had. I sometimes thought that he was too honest, but it was genuine. We are extremely satisfied with the end product as of right now, and we did appreciate the level of service that was rendered.

Look no further. Sunstate is the one! I had obtained several estimates from different Pool Deck Resurfacing companies and decided on Sunstate. Im very happy that I did! Ricky called me minutes before a was about to sign up with another company and he literally saved me over $1,000. The crew were very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job explaining the steps as they worked and also cleaning up afterwards. Paul made sure that I was completely satisfied before signing off on the project. I highly recommend this company!

We had Sun States complete a pool & spa remodel - new tile, new interior (pebbletec). We were very happy with their pricing, the quality of their products, & their service. They kept us informed of their work ( what they had to do & the times they would arrive) The workers were great - many different crews but all went above & beyond in the service they provided. They worked around our schedule for getting the work completed in a timely manner so we didnt lose much swim time. Nick was our salesman, Oz was our foreman & Bella kept us informed - everyone was great. I would recommend them to anyone & BTW - our pool & spa look beautiful!

Great overall job they did. Special shout out to Jacob, our project manager. He helped to line up all the contractors and kept them on schedule. We had a few hiccups along the way, but if we reached out it was quickly fixed. Since we had it done, a few months later a tile sank in and cracked and they immediately fixed it under warranty. Ive recommended them to others.

We love our pool remodel! Sun State pools and their staff were so easy to work with. We had open lines of communication with them every step of the way. They were highly professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any project that you are wanting to dream up. Wonderful, family based business. Very impressed with the staff and young, professional men and women who run the business. They are personal, responsive and compassionate. Used them for a very large pool remodeling project. It isnt quite complete and will do another review when the deck work is done. After 4 or 5 quotes with companies that didnt even bother to answer back or give details, these professionals were responsive, fun and helpful. The crews were very happy and worked hard.
