We were founded in 1958 by Herb Budd, marking over six decades of pool industry experience. Our family has served the Philadelphia and New Jersey region for 65 years, building a legacy of trust. Our three generations - Herb and Phyllis Budd, our son Randy Budd, and our son-in-law Chris Volk - have guided our growth. We saw Randy begin working with us at age twelve, and he assumed leadership in 1982, focusing exclusively on pools and spas. Our team expanded our inventory, upgraded our Deptford store, and added spas and hot tubs under his direction. We created a professional service team in 1997 to provide complete pool maintenance and renovation services.
Our technician Chris Volk joined that team and later mastered design, engineering, planning, installation, sales, and retail operations. Our team member Chris Volk earned a BS in Business and Accounting with a minor in Corporate Finance from Rutgers University in 2004. We appointed Chris Volk as our General Manager in 2018, bringing comprehensive expertise to every design/build/maintain project. We today design, build, and maintain custom vinyl liner pools, shotcrete (gunite) pools, spas, fountains, reflecting pools, and ponds.
