Our Story

Carl Ragel, our founder, began his journey in the industry in high school, working at patio Pools. He quickly rose to become a construction repair technician, then managed the landscape department. With his unique approach to fixing complex problems, he developed and perfected techniques for constructing and repairing water features. In 1988, Carl left Patio Pools and founded Natural Pools & Gardens, fueled by his passion to provide specialty services and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
