We started our family business in 1975 with a commitment to quality and service that still guides us today. We are a custom swimming pool and spa builder serving clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire and northern New England. We build custom pools and spas using PHTA Pool & Hot Tub Association construction methods. We are experienced in gunite and shotcrete pool construction, including dry mix or wet-mix concrete for long-lasting results. We have built hundreds of beautiful and functional pools over the years for satisfied clients. Our team is experienced building and servicing pools in the challenging northern terrain and extreme seasonal weather. We have focused on high-quality pools customized for our demanding climate since Arthur Holmes took over Northeast Sales Company with partner Tom Day in 1981.
We continued the family tradition after Tom retired in 2002 when Arthur's children Denise Rundle and David Holmes entered the business, and in 2016 the next generation assumed leadership. We are committed to building pools using the finest materials while integrating the newest technologies and minimizing environmental impact. We have Certified Builder Professionals with Pool & Hot Tub Alliance in David and Denise, and we continue our education as science advances the industry. We are members of the Vermont Family Business Initiative, the Better Business Bureau, the National Plasterers Council, and we hold Cover Pools Building Certification.
