Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Work
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with Wilmington Pools' poor customer service and unreliable work. Becky Pearce and Gabe Homar both reported waiting for extended periods for repairs to be completed, with Homar stating that he had been left with no response or follow-up after repeatedly calling the company. Janie Schepker had a particularly disastrous experience, citing inadequate installation and refusal to provide a refund for defective equipment. Pamela Spearing was also disappointed by the lack of communication, as her call was not returned.
