Michael Pare is a licensed residential builder and has served as the founder and President of Blue Water (previously Blue Water Pools & Spas, Inc.) for more than 3 decades. Michael is a Certified Builder Professional (CBP) in the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA, previously known as APSP/the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals) for the past 14 years. It's worth noting that the CBP designation is widely regarded as the highest certification obtainable within the Pool & Spa Industry. Michael consistently strives to keep abreast of new industry developments and is looked upon by his peers with high regard for pool construction practices, techniques, and professionalism.
